How to get set up

There are two teacher types. Read which applies to you, then follow the steps.

Head teacher

Setting up a new school

You are the first teacher at your school, or you are taking responsibility for the school account.

Classroom teacher

Joining an existing school

Your school is already registered and you have been given a Teacher Code by your head teacher.

Setting up as a head teacher

Register an account
Go to practicarverbos.com/register and create an account. On the registration form, select Head teacher as your account type and enter your school name.

Register your school
From your teacher dashboard, click Register school →. Enter your school's full name and submit. An admin will review and approve the school — you'll get an email when it's confirmed. This usually takes under 24 hours.

Create your classes
Once your school is approved, go to your teacher dashboard and click ＋ New class. Each class gets a unique join link you can share directly with students — no codes for them to type.

Invite other teachers
Your Teacher Code is shown on your school dashboard. Share it with colleagues so they can register and connect to your school. You'll approve them before they get access.

Joining as a classroom teacher

Get the Teacher Code from your head teacher
Ask the head teacher who manages your school's account. They'll find the Teacher Code on their school dashboard.

Register with that code
Go to practicarverbos.com/register, select Teacher as your account type, and enter the Teacher Code. This connects you to the school automatically.

Wait for head teacher approval
Your head teacher will approve your account from their school dashboard. Once approved you'll have full access to your classes and student data.

Review each student's accuracy broken down by tense and verb — see exactly what needs work.

Send short revision reminders to a class directly from the dashboard.

Multiple teachers

Add as many teachers as needed — each manages their own classes within the school.
